      We are dedicated to customer satisfaction and Snapper Rock hopes you enjoy your new Snapper Rock swimwear. But if for any reason you need to return Snapper Rock product, we will gladly return it by providing:

      • Always in line with our General Terms and Return Policy.
      • Items should be returned or exchanged unused in a re-saleable, unworn and undamaged condition in its original packaging with all the tags attached.
      • For hygiene purposes, swim shorts, bikini bottoms, and swimsuits should be tried on over underwear with hygiene strips still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
      • For any defective products, please follow the procedure for return, we will replace your product without any extra cost to you.


      Procedure for return :

      • To return an item please send an email to info@snapperrock.ae. This email should include :
        • The confirmation email you received from snapperrock.ae for your order,
        • The reason of the return,
        • You would like to exchange, refund or receive a gift card.
        • In case of exchange, with what product you would like to have your item exchanged.
        • Photo of the current condition of the product.
      • We will assess your return request within 5 days of receipt of such email and we will be sending you further instructions of how to return/exchange your product.

      Conditions for Return and Exchanges :

      • We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days after the original purchase date.
      • Unless the product is defected, any and all shipping and handling charges will not be reimbursed or refunded in any way. All future shipping charges for returns or store credit will also be the responsibility of the purchaser. In case the product is delivered to another country than UAE, the import and custom charges cannot be refunded.
      • The receipt of the return or exchanged product by our warehouse are the responsibility of the purchaser.
      • Any excessive return applications can be rejected by the Company.
      • With regards to the clearance and sales items no refunds shall be accepted.
